I tried Hal Higden and Jeff Galloway ... Long runs were too extreme for me and felt tired all week. Now - I red up a bit on Hanson program - and I'm really liking the Hanson method!!! Truly - the half marathon book is terrific. I've started and stopped running for years but this time - I am enjoying running ! The program has lots of running days and gets you used to tired legs but not unstable distances - fits me perfect . Take a look at it on Amazon.0
