Exercising - 30 Day Shred

Hi!

So I'm thinking of starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred on the 1st. I'm hoping to make that my daily exercise (at least 4 days a week). Has anyone done it before or want to do it with me?

    I'm just finishing Level 2 tomorrow. But, I decided I'm going to restart the entire program on the 1st, since I don't feel strong enough to move to Level 3 figured might as well start over LOL I must be nuts!

    It's a DVD by Jillian Michaels 3 level workout program. Each level has 3 circuits that include 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of ab. You do each level for 10 days or when your comfortable moving on to the next. They are tough workouts
