With week one behind us I figured I would check in and see how everyone is doing? I am doing good. Glad to be back and back on track and all for the right reasons. I am glad that with this group I have the support that I need from others to help get though the tough times. Hope everyone had a good first week and enjoyed the holidays as well.

My first week has been great for the most part. I have not changed anything from what I have been doing the past month and I have lost weight steadily. I have not been hungry or tired or really anything negative. However, yesterday I found myself very hungry and lacking energy. It was my first day back to work after having two weeks off, but my job isn't physically demanding. I had to take a nap after supper just to be able to do my exercising last night! The good thing is that I did it. I could have just as easily gone straight to bed, in fact a month ago that is exactly what I would have done. I have not been eating back the calories that are given for exercising(I read somewhere that I shouldn't be). But, I wonder if I should. Any thoughts would be welcomed. I hope that you are all revelling in your successes, no matter how small they may seem.0
