Started bartending school yesterday and as it makes for a long day for me I didn't log my food. Will definitely do better today. Did get in my 20 minutes of activity in yesterday. Wishing everyone success on today.

As for me, I hit my goals yesterday. Started a new strength training program and it was great! I'm doing the "you are your own gym" program and am using the app. It's a paid app ($2.99), but I got an iTunes gift card for Christmas, so I thought I'd try it. It's really great!
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 10,000 steps
3. 2 mile run & strength training
*If you haven't noticed, my goals don't change much every day. But that's kind of the point. Consistency is the key to building habits.0 -

I took some rest days and I feel great.
For today I'm ready to have some fun exercising, eat good and sleep earlier than yesterday!

I met my goals yesterday and I'm on track to meet them today as well.
1. Stay within calorie goal
2. Wear Fitbit
3. Cardio & legs strength training
4. Orgainize workout notes in phone0
