    Weighed 164.8 this morning. That's 1.4 pounds for the week. A proper start to my goal, but maybe I could do better this week. I'd like to lose 2 pounds a week.

  • Great job y'all! I'm the worst leader ever, I stated at 188.8 and this am I am 189.8. Wanted to toss that fawker scale out the door. Tis is ok, I'm all over it this week...keep up the awesome progress!!

    Starting weight: 166 current weight 164.4. So I am down 1.6 pounds. I am excited about the loss, however, I know that I can do better. So bring it on second week weight in!! :smiley:

    I'm 211.8 today so I'm down just under a lb from last week's 212.6. Got to be more mindful on the weekends!

    I think I posted my weight wrong last week. :) I weighed 216 on the 6th, and 213 on the 13th... so 3 whole pounds. (my official weigh in days are Sunday, have been for years. I'm so pumped up, I've been able to do so much more walking and gym time this last week. I want to be in onederland sooooo bad, haven't been there for nearly 27 years.
