Mixed Holiday Results

So my therapist told me it was normal to gain two pounds over the holiday. She told me to log my meals as normal. I was to "relax and enjoy" the holiday dinners but try to eat in moderation and wait ten minutes before going back for any seconds.
I logged every day even on those days when I new my food choices were less than stellar. I even faced the music when I discovered just how many empty calories a night of holiday drinking can end up being! Anyway - checked in with her on Sat after two weeks. I neither gained nor lost. So that's a win!
Another win? I also discovered over break that I could wear a pant size smaller than what I could back in November when I started this whole thing. That's my motivation to do very well this week.

I don't see anything MIXED in the results above... Relaxing and enjoying, but making the better choices where possible - and you switched into maintenance with no problems! That is amazing. WIN - WIN!
Smaller pants - WIN!
Continued motivation - WIN.
Knowledge of how empty drinking calories are - WIN....knowledge is power...
Where is the mixed??0
