This may be an interesting topic. Very good to improve running economy. I am on my third week of doing it and hope that this will make some good improvements to my racing.

has anyone experienced great success doing this?

For those new to the idea, here are some great links.

I regulary do Plyo and HIIT circuits at the gym. I run 2-3x a week usually and managed to train for a HM in a short space of time, which I put down to the benefits of polyo/strength circuits... I definitely felt stronger anyway. Great post :)
