Is the idea of this challenge to write what you want to achieve on each day and just post your weight on your wi day ?.

    both write what you want to achieve each day and then once a week weigh in... i think it is sunday but i do mine on monday

    I try to do general goals for the challenge and then my focus for the week and each day.

    I've been thinking about starting a general chat thread too--would anyone be interested?
