Omg! I had to do some investigating because we use our real names on our Fit By Spring Sheet and sign in names on our board but @Diaryofadillydallier you had a fantastic first week weigh in! Very inspiring!
I didn't do as well as I wanted to but also didn't really eat cleanly throughout the week. I will try harder this week and with our challenge hope to see better results next week.

I literally stepped on the scale, it was up 2 pounds and then the scale broke! Changed the batteries out and that didn't fix the problem. Going to have to buy a new scale this week... As for being 2 pounds up, it's probably accurate. I feel really puffy and bloated today. My weight usually increases temporarily when I start a new exercise program (sore muscles) so I'm not stressing! Good job everyone so far that has weighed in.0

Thanks @sasbw27 I think my loss is attributed to going from eating like a pig over and lazing around the holidays to eating better and moving! One extreme to the other... I'm sure future weigh ins will be more subtle.. But hopefully still in the right direction.
@AmyMooreOrLess you are right not to stress over 2 lbs... It's probably the broken scale0 -
@AmyMooreOrLess - thank you for sharing the tidbit about gaining weight when you exercise. I added exercise & being good about getting water in and I also gained 2lbs. We will keep moving and staying healthy0
