Calories in local restaurants

Would you find it useful if all local restaurants and cafes showed nutritional info for their dishes?

    Yeah I definitely would! When dieting I get out off going out for dinner because I don't know what I'm eating.
    Even if restuarants selecting a handful of dishes which were "calorie consious" friendly I'd be happy

    It certainly helps. Use MFP to check - sometimes on there - have also emailed some of the restaurants to ask calorie count but that's after I've been and eaten!! Sometimes they are helpful, not always. Would prefer to see it on the menu.
