My goal from today is to keep the numbers going down instead of up and down. Increase my activity and eat healthier. Ready to see results. Its my 40th day on MFP and I should have lost more weight than this but I am still going and although I have had some setbacks I am still committed and that is the important thing! I won't quit!

As I mentioned before, I've changed my calories to maintenance for a few weeks so I'm doing well with the not gaining... Yay! I will go back to losing when my life calms down. It should here soon. I just didn't want to leave this group.

This has been tough and I'm learning that cheat days on the weekend really wreck all the hard work I put in during the week. There have been lower weights between those posted (all the way down to 141 lbs), but then my weight creeps back up after I fall off track (no surprise). I am hoping my day 40 post will show better commitment. I really want the numbers to continue to trend downward. I meal planned for the week ahead to make it harder to cheat and got just got rid of some of the unhealthy leftover holiday candy. I have stepped up goal a little too, because I think I can hit it if I stay committed.

Good loss for a month. If I can keep this up, I'll definitely meet my goal of 15 pounds down in 100 days.

I am just about to give up hope of losing any weight. I've given up alcohol. Sugar. Flour. Abstinence isn't magic--you can still overeat with real food, but its a damn sight harder. But I have kept to my calorie count. Because my diet is so darn clean, I'm cooking a lot. So I end up eating the exact same few meals. So why would a set of meals help me lose 5 lbs in one week, but those exact same meals won't help me lose any more? How can the same meals give you different results? None of this makes any sense. Okay. End of rant. Here is the data:

My day 30 was yesterday. These past 10 days was frustrating and my weight fluctuated up and down between 159-161 the entire 10 days. But. The past 2-3 days I've had several people that have said that they noticed I've been losing weight the past few months and that I look great. So I figure I need to focus on the bigger picture; that I've done well and will continue that and to just keep going.
