I joined a weight loss challenge on Facebook. I thought I would post a picture of what it requires in case anyone wanted ideas. The way this one works is that you get points for everything you do. There are two ways to win, percentage of weight loss, and total number of points after eight weeks. The woman that runs this one is actually paid to do it because it's a huge effort to coordinate so many people. But it's very effective if you wanted to challenge yourself or do it with a buddy. Or heck, start your own.
Below is a picture of the scorecard we keep. The green items are bonus things that change weekly. And each week there are double points for whatever regular item is highlighted in yellow. You'll notice that there are no guidelines for how to eat.
