No need to log any step-based activity—your UP is tracking it for you. Log food & drink (including water) in MFP. Log non-step exercise (like biking or swimming) either in the UP app or in MFP—never both.
Your UP total burn is your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). Follow your MFP calorie goal, eating back your UP calorie adjustments.0
