It's official, tomorrow marks the day we embark on our 100 day joy ride. Like a roller coaster, there will be fear, there will be thrills, there will be screams and many will try to get off. Trust me, when the ride is over, those who hold on tight and make it to the end, will feel like they can do anything and the world is theirs for the taking!
It doesn't matter if you were good or bad, it doesn't matter how much you lost, or if you lost at all, it matters that you got on board and held on till the end. It's all about establishing healthy habits, making small changes you can easily maintain for the rest of your life.
We continuously learn new things about our selfs on this journey.
Usually, it's common to have a bigger food intake on your exercise days.. you work out, you need more energy, you have more calories to spear.. It makes sense, apparently not for my body. On my exercise days, I develop lack of hunger and barely get close to my goal. The day following my routine, it's a whole different story, all I want is to feed my body. That's how I end up above my calorie limit for the day
not to worry, if you're in a similar situation, that's why we have the weekly tab. Every day matters, but learning to look at the weekly caloric intake will give us a better, more realistic view of our progress.
It's a fabulous day today, go out and make it special!!!!
