Double counting exercise calories.

I got my Fitbit Charge for Christmas. I've been using MyyFitness Pal with great success since June. The two are lynced. Should I still enter my exercise (treadmill, running) in MyFitness Pal. Fitbit tracking into MyFitness Pal doesn't seem to give it enough credit. Additionally adding it into MyFitness Pal seems to overcount it.

No, not running. Here is a helpful article about logging exercise. http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/906763-why-am-i-not-getting-a-fitbit-calorie-adjustment-0

That calorie adjustment is NOT just exercise, it is your total daily burn (TDEE) that Fitbit reports to MFP, exercise included if done.
You could have no exercise and big adjustment from very active day.
You could have big exercise and sleep most the day and be negative adjustment.
If you do add it manually also, it does not double count it - if you entered the start and duration time correctly. It replaces Fitbit's data then.0
