new to fitbit flex.

hey, today i picked up my fitbit flex!
starting properly from tomorrow, but while i'm figuring it out, i was wondering if i'm missing anything.

i've linked MFP to fitbit, and i've been reading up in the fitbit group, but now i'm a little confused.

am i right that i just carrying on logging all my food and exercise in MFP (rather than fitbit as it's american based food logs don't work well for uk people)?

do i do the double tap thing to record a time when i do my cardio in addition to logging it on MFP?
