Looking to re-connect in 2015. Looking to connect with MFPers who are into hitting the punching bag and utilizing related fitness routines. I hit the bag 5X per week and blend bodyweight, full body exercises (Kettlebell, barbell, incline bench work). Lets connect and share, join the "Boxing" group on the community page. Not much activity lately but we can press the reset button for 2015. Tim K.
