Hi everyone,

I have wanted to start this for a while but was waiting until we could get equipment for our cellar. I posted last week and got some great advice and now squat rack bench and weights have arrived and been built.

I did work out A last night with the empty bar. That was fine but I think the OHPs are going to be a killer when I get to them.

I am in the UK and have 3 kids- 7,5 and 3 years. I work full time night shifts (really long shifts) so it works out at around 3-4 shifts a week. My job is fairly physical. I have a little weight to lose, maybe 14 pounds or so and a few percent fat- I am at 27% now and want to get down to low 20s.

I have spent a lot of time reading this group for the last few months and have gained so much info- thank you all :smiley:

    it's nice to hear from you and yes, let us know how workout b goes for sure. you'll have lots of company if you do find ohp to be a struggle.

    Hi I'm in the UK too and have 2 boys (2 & 8 Months). I started 2 weeks ago so quite new too. I haven't tried OHP with the bar yet..... next week! I've been quite scared as I work out in a public gym alone so I have been building strength with dumbells. I'm excited that from next week I'll be doing all 5 exercises with the bar x

    Hi! I started about a week and a half ago. OHP is definitely the worst :)
