Yesterday was my 2-month sleeviversary. I've lost 53.4 pounds since then and 89 pounds since I started this journey at the end of June. My doc says I'm a little ahead of the curve for weight loss. I'm going to keep things up like this as long as possible. My goal is to be down 100 pounds by February and another 75 by my birthday in July. I'm still a little in shock at how well things are going, but I'll take everything I can get.

Good Job that is great weight loss! I was hoping for around the same amount. I am only 5 pounds away for my goal of 51 pounds weight loss at the two month mark and I have two day left!! Hopefully I can do it if so that will put me at 100 pounds lost:) It's super exciting!

Congratulations Phil. That is amazing progress in only 2 months since surgery. You are doing incredibly well. Congratulations also on the weight you lost before surgery. I think every pound we can shed before surgery is a huge help in our recovery. :)

I was moderately successful before surgery, but I have thrown everything in to being successful post-op. I'm glad that my hard work is paying off.
