ok ladies so here we are on day one. Hope were all ready. I was browsing through this and input my goals and came up with an expected loss of 2 lbs per week. This is a good goal, if this doesn't match WW exactly for you, at least set your goal to 2 lbs a week and follow it on here. This is a great tool that you can even input all excersize you do and it will allocate more calories for you. I am really glad to be doing this. I will be praying for each of you and ask you to do the same for all of us. 2015 is the year to be lean!!! corny huh? HEY...it's my mantra...hahah...thanks for going this road together....I think this will help us to stay focused....write often....stay engaged on this page...LETS DO THIS...
