I have a question about logging exercise with Fitbit. Should I NOT log my runs? I have synced MyFitnessPal, Fitbit and MapMyRun. I enter my exercise on MapMyRun (I use a heart rate monitor when I work out). MMR communicates with MFP which syncs up with Fitbit. I have enabled negative calorie adjustments so that I don't overestimate my calorie expenditure. Am I giving myself double credit for exercise if I log my runs?

As long as you don't sync MMR to both accounts, MFP syncs it's workout record over to Fitbit and replaces what it came up with during that time.
And HRM may be more accurate, if decent one and decently setup.
And/or workout was NOT just level.
But for level and steady speed, formula's that Fitbit are using are more accurate - but it must have the distance correct of course.
Or confirm yourself if HRM is that correct.
