January 13th goals

Ok, so back from the dead (or at least, it was what it felt like to be around metal heads for a couple of hours). I didn't sleep a lot, so there's some chance I won't be exercising today, but I had a good day yesterday, and I finished my day with 200 cals left even if I went out for dinner. Happy!

Here are today's goals:

1) Log accurately for the most part, and try to limit snacking.
2) Drink, drink, drink! I'm eating Asian food a lot these days and this is so full of sodium.
3) I need to increase my productivity at work, so today, I will complete two items on my to-do list.

Finally, if I'm still ina good shape after our apartment visit ('cause we're moving in a couple of months), I may do a slow paced workout.

    I will go to my dancing class tonight. I have been out for lunch with hubby and ate too much :s

    Today's goals are:
    • Drink 12 cups of water
    • Walk 11,000 steps
    • 3miles tonight
    • Fix dinner

    I accomplished yesterday's goals. I had to come home and take a nap after work, but got up and did the exercises! Good changes are happening, slowly but surely!

    goals for today

    make sure i am getting enough calories in (this has been hard for me)
    fold the laundry
    do the dishes
    bring in wood
    drink at least 8 cups of water.

    run to get ride of some stress

    Today I will work on regaining my balance and focus. I don't normally binge eat sweets, but I sure did yesterday - and have been rather heavy on sugary snacks forever.

    For today, I will be sure that I
    * log every bite -- ate my oatmeal, and then my granddaughter's steel cut oats (yum!), so have had a double breakfast already. At least no sugar other than 1/4 cup of raisins...
    * drink a full gallon of water - 25% of the way to goal
    * ride for one hour on my exercise bike - snuck in ten minutes before rushing out this morning ...
    * If I have a sweet, eating a single serving and pay attention to what that feels like

    Well yesterday I didn't get for my run as I had hoped. Other then that my goals were accomplished.

    Today I want to
    1) drink lots of water
    2) log food and be under calories
    3) kettle bell workout ( done)
    4) go for a walk ( just completed a 3.4 mile walk)

    Did well with my goals yesterday. Today's are:

    1) Make some lunches for the coming days.
    2) Go to bed at a reasonable hour and try to finally get at least 6 hours.
    3) Get in some cardio and, ideally, a short run.
    4) Log well and stay under my calories.

    I made my goals for the day.
    1. Cleaned the water dispenser and drank all my water.
    2. Danced for 20 minutes with granddaughter. Burned about 100 cals.
    3. Made a healthy dinner.
    4. Packed my lunch and snack for tomorrow.

    Today's Goals:
    1) Plan out my meals for the day
    2) Stay within my calories
    3) Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water
    4) Make dinner for the family
    5) Try and stay STRESS FREE at home & at work

    Tomorrow is my official WI and will post then. I think I lost what I gained during the holidays. (keeping my fingers crossed)! :)
