I went up and down this week. Was actually a lb less than this yesterday, but this morning I'm at 211. Down 0.8lbs from last week0

I'm really sucking *kitten* at this competition...my body fluctuates and I've been stressed this week.
So, let's see, start of challenge was 188.8
weigh in today is 191.8.
3 pound gain.
However, I haven't pooped since Sunday .0 -

Well, I didn't make any progress this week.. My current weight is 166 so that puts me back at my starting weight. No excuses! Obviously I just need to put in more effort. Good luck everyone!!0

CW 215 (Saturday was 208.8 so this is tough...but I know what I did.)

I'm down 1.2 lbs but still up 1 lb from the start of this competition. Working out hard 6 days a week, nutrition in check, just too many healthy snacks after dinner (my downfall). Going to really work on that this week and get to bed earlier!

I started this at 163 went on a girls cruise AND......you guessed it... UP
Today I am at 165.5
This needs to be a push week to get back on track...

Down 1.8 pounds from last week, 3.2 pounds total. YAY!
(BTW, twice a day is my normal. It's all about the probiotics and fiber. Milk kefir and fruit smoothie, water kefir, kombucha, and fermented veg every day. Throw in flax seed, whole grain bread and lots of veg and I'm good to go...pun intended!)0 -
