What's on the Menu? Chicken Fajita's, Stuffed Peppers, and Grilled Chicken Salad Using Marinated Vegetables (Cook extra for 2nd round recipes)

Shopping List (I shop at Aldi 1st... and get all I can get there waaaaay cheaper and then get the remaining groceries at Wal-Mart)

List Based On Feeding 2-6 People and Depends On How Much You Want For 2nd Round Menu Options Or To Freeze For a Later Date

Ground Beef (1-2 lb's) 93/7
3-6 Green Peppers
1-Yellow Pepper
1-Orange or Red Pepper
2 Sweet Onions
1 Red Onion
2 Cans of Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
1.5-3 lbs of Frozen Chicken Breasts
1 Pack of Taco Mix
1 Can of Chicken broth (Optional)
1 8oz Mozzarella Ball
6-7 Roma Tomatoes
Green Onions
Grapes
1-2 Cucumbers (substitute another veg if you want)
Quinoa/Brown Rice/Couscous (what ever filler you like for you stuffed peppers)



2nd Round Options for Shopping List
Lg Spring Mix or Lg Bag of Baby Spinach (Depending on your pref)
Pita Pockets (Your pref on brand... we don't like them too thin as they tend to get soggy)
Whole Grain Angel Hair Pasta (can substitute spaghetti squash)
1-2 cans of crushed tomatoes or jar of pasta sauce (we don't car for jarred sauces). Your pref

Things I might use that are already in my pantry and I tend to keep on hand
Light Sour Cream
Salsa
Mozzarella Cheese/Mexican Shredded Cheese
Flatouts (can be used for wraps/small pizzas/quesadillas)
Avocados
Vinaigrette Dressing
Olive Oil
Various seasonings in my cabinet
