2nd 3 for 3 Day Challenge

Getting ready for the second challenge! It starts on Friday January 13...are you with me?

My goals for the second challenge will be...
1) Keep 100% logging each day
2) 5,000 steps per day, minimum
3) 25 abdominal crunches per day

    Totally in again! Goals this time around...

    1.) Drink a gallon of water
    2.) Add additional .5 mile to run at the gym
    3.) Move up to 10lb weights from current 8lbs for squats, lunges, etc.

    As a kind of on the side note, I'll be allowed a rest day from running on Sunday to be kind to my bad knee, but the remaining workout will still be done.

    Sounds good! Doesn't start til Friday so you have time to make changes if you need to

    Ok, here are my 3 goals for the next 3 days!

    10,000 Steps each day.
    At least 30 minutes of cardio exercise each day - I.e. Walking, running, spinning or Biking.
    at least 15 minutes easy day on strength training.

    And this starts Friday, correct? It's easier to get exercise in on the weekends when I'm not working!!!
    On a side note, I'm new to MFP, so I was pretty proud of myself that I was able to find where this group was moved to! But I won't tell you how long I was looking before I found it!!!

    @ewoks1, yes we start the second go-round this Friday 1/16/2015.

    I'm so sorry you couldn't find us easily...I thought I sent every one an email with the link.

  • Hey my goals for next three days
    1- workout for atleast an hour total per day
    2- no chocolates for next three days
    3- manage more stretches through the day

    Here are my goals for the next 3 days:
    1-No alcohol.
    2-Have one cardio workout and one strength workout.
    3-Log everything and stay between 1600-1800 calories.

    I have been doing good with my work outs this round :) did not get all my water in as planed, but have keep up with my calories. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

    Great work @vanillaorange2!! Keep it up! It's the last day today, then we break for a day and do it again on Tuesday!
