OK tomorrow is a new month... the perfect time to set a new goal and jump start a health plan!!!
June 1st will be L1D8 of 30DS, I have taken to many rest days to make my goal for the wedding but that is ok. I am finishing this then moving onto 6W6P

for an overall new healthy active life.
I have decided starting June 1st (after the A's game) that I am eliminating any food that I can clearly tell is fake or has fake ingredients. No more "fat free" gimmicks, fake cheese, process, etc. I will still eat tasty and sometimes unhealthy items such as mac n cheese but it will be made with real food. Wish me luck
