OK tomorrow is a new month... the perfect time to set a new goal and jump start a health plan!!!
June 1st will be L1D8 of 30DS, I have taken to many rest days to make my goal for the wedding but that is ok. I am finishing this then moving onto 6W6P for an overall new healthy active life.
I have decided starting June 1st (after the A's game) that I am eliminating any food that I can clearly tell is fake or has fake ingredients. No more "fat free" gimmicks, fake cheese, process, etc. I will still eat tasty and sometimes unhealthy items such as mac n cheese but it will be made with real food. Wish me luck
I hope you are all doing well with your workouts and healthy eating, this has been a pretty quiet group and I would love to hear your stories.

Hi beejelblor! I had the same idea for this new month too! I was on and off on my 30DS in May but decided to really go for it this new month but then I caught the stomach bug. On the brighter side, now that I've recovered I've lost 1.8LB. Lol!
I going to see the silver lining in this though and use this opportunity as a fresh start and eliminate unhealthy food from my diet, well, except for the occasional treats but I want try and adapt or change my habits and learn to like healthy homemade treats
I'm planning to also include lots of walks/jogging and just generally raising my level of activity so i can get better results with the 30DS before moving on to another of JM’s workout DVDs.0
