Getting going and staying going!

I am a 37 year old mom of one. A gorgeous 13 month old girl 
Anyway.. She is starting daycare right away and I will be heading back to work. Since we are in a transition time, I would like to add this to my "new normal" list.
My problem is and always has been getting going and staying going! I get bored.. Lazy.. Have a bad day and don't want to put it in writing.
Would love some new myfitnesspal friends that are good support but also maybe not quite as understanding as some of my others
