Hi
Apologies if this has been covered before but I couldn't find it in the group.
I read on here to add my exercise (non stepping ) calories into MFP rather than FB and that if I logged the correct time MFP would adjust the calories accordingly to show the correct measure.
But last night I logged a meta-fit class on MFP and put a guess amount of calories in (250) yet FB just shows this amount, neither Fb or MFP have adjusted the amount I entered and cannot seem to get a more accurate amount. Any ideas on how I can do this????

I think you are misunderstanding what is supposed to happen.
You are trying to replace FB's estimate of calorie burn for non-step based exercise that it is usually underestimating.
Manually logging it in to MFP or FB either one accomplishes that.
They aren't going to adjust what you manually logged, as you are the one supplying the best estimate of calorie burn if you manually log it.0
