Who's ready for Week 1 of June!?!?! I am!!!!

What are your goals this week? Plan on trying any new recipes or workouts? Have any advice or questions?

WE ARE GOING TO KICK SOME MAJOR BUTT THIS JUNE, TEAM TURTLE!!!!!

    So pumped up for June! I really hope I keep this going.

    I went walking for 30 mins and did abs for another 10. A little too less for a complete workout but I'll still take it because I'm cooking for a potluck party now and was determined to do something since I'll be drinking today.

    I'm breaking down my goals into three 10 day sets. That way, it is a lot easier to focus. I also plan to take two days off each of those sets.

    I really hope I can reach my goal of 14000 cals by the end of the month. That would make it 2 kilos.

    I hope all of you are doing good too.

    Aiming for 2K this week.

    Just got back from an awesome 2 hour bike ride with my son. 500 calories down 1500 to go!

    My goal for week 1 is to regain my control on my sugar cravings and get my butt back to the gym for my regularly scheduled times. I want to focus on good work outs not rushed ones and hope that with theses goals in place maybe the scale will move a little.

    Unfortunately I am not going to be able to participate, at least not this week. I have pneumonia and the doctor has taken me off any type of exercise for now :( I miss my Zumba :(

    Too many graduation parties last weekend! Hoping for the weight to remain the same this week! Don't work until the weekend so I need to get a lot done at home. Still getting up early and exercising! I am signing up for a 5 k! My first one ever. Hope it goes well!!

    This week (and this month), I am trying to watch more closely what I eat. I've been struggling a bit to eat back my exercise calories, so I want to try to eat more often, but still clean. My caloric goal for the month is 15000, so approximately 3750 a week, but I definitely want to focus more on eating right than anything else :yawn:

    June 1st - 350 (Insanity Core Cardio & Balande & CLX recharge)
    June 2nd - Day off
    June 3rd - 640 (CLX Lean 1, Insanity Max Interval Circuit)
    June 4th - 760 (Insanity Max Plyo, walk on 9 incline)

    This week I have been doing HIIT exercises by fitness blender, mostly 25 mins my goal , I am really impressed by everyone's calorie burn

    My goal for this month is to hit 16,000 calories burned. I think it's very do-able!

    Week 1:
    1 - Nada
    2- 40 min softball game (250 calories)
    3 - lifting and softball ( 934)
    4- lifting and even more softball (655)
    5- class at the gym ( 442)
    6 - haven't quite finished yet :) Did some lifting over lunch, but will be heading to the gym for a 30 minute class this evening

    That makes 2,281 calories so far this week. 13,719 left to go!
