So pumped up for June! I really hope I keep this going.
I went walking for 30 mins and did abs for another 10. A little too less for a complete workout but I'll still take it because I'm cooking for a potluck party now and was determined to do something since I'll be drinking today.
I'm breaking down my goals into three 10 day sets. That way, it is a lot easier to focus. I also plan to take two days off each of those sets.
I really hope I can reach my goal of 14000 cals by the end of the month. That would make it 2 kilos.
I hope all of you are doing good too.

My goal for week 1 is to regain my control on my sugar cravings and get my butt back to the gym for my regularly scheduled times. I want to focus on good work outs not rushed ones and hope that with theses goals in place maybe the scale will move a little.0

Unfortunately I am not going to be able to participate, at least not this week. I have pneumonia and the doctor has taken me off any type of exercise for now I miss my Zumba0

Too many graduation parties last weekend! Hoping for the weight to remain the same this week! Don't work until the weekend so I need to get a lot done at home. Still getting up early and exercising! I am signing up for a 5 k! My first one ever. Hope it goes well!!0

This week (and this month), I am trying to watch more closely what I eat. I've been struggling a bit to eat back my exercise calories, so I want to try to eat more often, but still clean. My caloric goal for the month is 15000, so approximately 3750 a week, but I definitely want to focus more on eating right than anything else :yawn:

I am honestly surprised I burned this many calories since I was on vacation in Punta Cana, DR this week! I did a few fitness classes and used the resort's gym, which was a lot bigger than I expected This next week I have a lot going on, including my birthday.0 -

This month, I'm trying to keep some calories "in the bank" for when life gets crazy and I can't get a full workout in. Much easier to be ahead than it is to be behind, and catching up.0 -

Sorry for my lateness of posting! Looks like everyone had a great week. Cannot remember what I made for my goal for the first week, but am please with my accomplishments. I burned 5547 for the first week in June! That is much more than I burned the first week of June last year Hoping to be able to burn 30,000 by the end of the month! We will see if I can accomplish that. Going to be gone from home some, so will need to learn to burn calories on the road!
Keep up the great work! Remember the turtle wins the race!!! We can do this!0
