I just saw this article on Yahoo, but I feel like it relates to me completely. I have always tried new diets (and even weight loss hypnosis.. ) and my weight has always gone up and down, but none of those diets actually ever worked. Once I realized that healthy weight comes from lifestyle changes and from actually wanting to be healthy is when I began to lose the weight. MyFitnessPal helps me see what I am eating and what I should be avoiding, but ultimately it comes down to just making healthy decisions because I want to.

Just thought it was an interesting article and wanted to share!

    This is a really interesting one because so many of the fad diets you hear about are included and the guy seems to be pretty dedicated to follow each diet strictly. Thank you for this interesting article, lady, and for your wise commentary on it!
