Hi everyone!
I was so excited to get my fitbit one today. But I can't seem to get it to sync with my phone, it sincs with the PC ok and my sister can see it on her list of devices via bluetooth, but my bluetooth just can't see it at all. I'm assuming it's a problem with the settings on my phone. If anyone has any ideas on where I'm going wrong I'd very much appreciate some help.

Ok, it is syncing, but intermittently, it's not successfully every time, not more often than most. Anyone else get this?

Are you sure it's not syncing or are you just looking for it in your Bluetooth list? My Fitbit One doesn't show up at all in the list of "paired" devices under my Bluetooth settings on my S4, but it syncs just fine.

Make sure you are logged into your Fitbit App properly and that you've already gone through all of the set-up steps. Then go into the "Devices" part of the settings on your Fitbit app, and make sure that "Use Bluetooth" is selected, and then select where it says "One" and hit "sync now" and see if it's working. If you're expecting it to sync regularly, make sure background sync is also enabled.

If it still doesn't work, try contacting Fitbit Customer Service - they're typically excellent!

Whoops, I think we were typing at the same time. Can you actually see it "trying" to sync and then it fails? Hmm... :/ that, I'm not sure I can help with. Hopefully someone else can!

Thanks for trying Barbie A S, it trys to sync but it fails every time. What I though was intermittent syncing was actually it just updating the dashboard. The phone doesn't seem to know it's there :'(
