Working and walking

Logging still inconsistent but have been logging my exercise. Yesterday managed to row 2 kilometre in 9 mins 30s
And today I made a big step and took the kids out on my own which has been months unless its been shopping. We walked 2 miles. We smashed icy puddles and threw balls for a friends dog and looked for fairies in the woods. I got some sun on my face and felt a measure of peace I havent felt in a long time simply for that. I think theres something in this sunlight deprivation thing and maybe D3 is an idea. For now I am dipping again but its been there once, so I can do it again.
Also mentioned I lost my 50lb and have a list of inches lost too and threw away all my UK 22s yesterday (well they are ready to go) as am starting to squeeze into 18s
Still working. What are the rest of you achieving this week?

I'm kicking into gear on the food plan suggested by my endocrinologist (LCHF). started Thursday and am feeling good so far. praying it works. I need a boost, but after a bunch of research, seems like a lot of science behind it. already feeling so much more energy and headache yesterday is mostly gone today. Hope that was all the misery of carb flu I have to endure. Awesome low carb forum here too.0

Good for you! Kids will keep you active and feeling young. I totally agree with the sun deprivation because it's been really rainy in my area and the sun was out all weekend and I got more exercise in that I have in a while.0
