Charge HR, Activity logging & MFP Calories

Just a quick question I hope someone can explain to me. Today I did 1 hour on my treadmill. I wore my Charge HR the entire time and used the activity logging feature (both items worked flawlessly). When I synced my FitBit it showed that that activity alone burned a little over 700 calories. I woke at 8 and this was from 8:30-9:00. When I checked MFP it showed my exercise calorie number at around 300. I don't fully understand the disparity. Thank you for the help in advance.

That calorie adjustment is not your exercise, it's the total difference between what Fitbit said you have burned to that point, and what MFP thought you'd burn to that point, taken out to the day as a whole.

MFP estimate of daily burn is based on your selection of activity level, and your BMR.

It just means that for what you are expected to burn today anyway, you only got 300 more so far.

So if the workout made you really lazy, you could have no adjustment.

If you missed a workout but were super active shopping and running errands, you could have a big adjustment.
