    Hi Everyone!
    I'm 42, married with 2 kids and 2 stepkids. Living in East Devon, but originally from Berkshire. I've been attending Slimming World for 4 weeks. I've just started this app. I'm disabled due to a chronic hip problem, so I struggle to do much exercise. Looking to make new friends for support and encouragement.

    Hi Hayley, welcome to MFP :)

    I'm 31 and living in a little town just outside of Newcastle. I'm active daily, log all my food and my diary is open so you're more than welcome to take a look if it may help. I'm looking at losing my beer belly and only really started to knuckle down in last few weeks and already seeing an improvement with an improved diet.

    i`m Ant, been on here years. initially used it to loose 6 stone - used to do the message boards a lot but it phased out, back to share some witty banter.
