January 19th goals

I've reached my goals for the weekend, except that I went a little bit overboard with Saturday night's dinner. I'm trying to make up for this, because this week is my husband's birthday, and I don't have much room for mistakes.
Here are my today's goals:
1) Log accurately and follow my eating plan.
2) Workout. DONE! I was in the gym this morning, and I did Workout B from Stronglifts 5 x 5. I hit a PR of deadlifting 100lbs, yay!
3) Drink, drink, drink. I'm PMSing right now and I retain so much water, it's ridiculous.
4) I need more rest. I'll try to go to bed really early tonight.

I did most of my goals for the weekend (all but the swim), despite getting a bit derailed by health stuff, no big deal. Today's goals:
1) Call plumber and make appointment (I should have done this on Friday)
2) Finish work project
3) Weights (yay, Daiva!) plus 2 mile run on treadmill
4) Log well, try to hit calories (or close) without going over if stomach permits

Well I came in second place on my fit bit challenge last week. I was so close I kept going between 1st and 2nd . so I am OK with the results.
And I finished my book finally as well. Yeah.
Today I want to
1) go for a run
2)count calories
3)drink plenty of waterl0 -
My new promise is NEVER to buy Reese's Spread again! It is evil! I ate the whole jar in two days. That's 1,900 calories. OMG. Never, never, never again.0
