4-5 mile stroller friendly running trails in the East Metro?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any running trails/paths in the East Metro (St. Paul, Woodbury, Oakdale area) that are jogging stroller friendly and in the 4-5 mile distance range? The lake near my house is only 3 miles around and I'd like to find other place to run a greater distance. Also, are there any online resources that show trails/paths and their distance? Thanks!
