I design daily wods to kick your *kitten* on instagram. It's much easier to post there since I can take a snapshot of the wod. I will try to post here as well

So, here is today's.
Warm up 2 rounds
Run 400M
25 DUS or (75 singles, try to get in 2-5 DUs)
10 pushups
15 air squats

The wod
19 min AMRAP
8 20/14 pound wall balls
6 50/35 pound kettlebell swings
4 pull ups
2 rope climbs
Note: during any rest of over 5 sec, do air squats as you rest
