    70 crunches finished! I am really going to hate this when we reach the 100s! My abs were so sore after 70 regular, 70 to the right,and 70 to the left. OUCH

    Tomorrow is a rest day but I'll most likely be switching it for Thursday due to a dentist appoint in the morning and being numbed.... won't feel like working out after and won't have much time before work.
