Unbelievable. This article outlines how it is possible for companies to make healthier foods, but only for limited markets because that is where they believe it is wanted. I'd love to see these available everywhere, just for the sake of health alone.

Farmers won't even eat the potatoes they grow for companies - they make their own plots without all the chemicals! How wrong is that!
How do you feel about organic, certified, non-GMO, etc. products? Do you pay extra to get the safe stuff? Myself, I can't afford it most of the time, so I just do what I always do...make the better choice wherever possible.

This kind of thing ticks me off, and I'm sure it isn't just happening with chips. It goes back to big businesses like grocers and insurance companies making big money off fat/sick people by keeping them that way.0

However, I've done some research since reading this. The article glosses over the fact that Frito Lay/Pepsi Co has put millions into anti-GMO labeling suits and propaganda, so they won't be getting money from me, but there has to be a way to notify our government. I'm going to be writing my own letters and figuring this out. Just FYI.0
