Down 0.8lbs since last week, overall gain since beginning of challenge is 2.2lbs...I can still make magic happen by Valentine's Day. Having to Fess up weekly on my stats is a nice eye opener...I surely thought I would be down weight...this is my reward for losing 15 lbs. May not be on Valentine's Day, but who knows!

So as expected not seeing a loss this week but I know what I did and part of my focus for 2015 is to not let one bad week derail me. Last week happened but it's in the past. The focus is on for this week.

Had a big eating weekend (anniversary, excuses, excuses) but my workouts were on track. 6/6 complete plus I through in some Zumba on Saturday morning (before the big anniversary dinner).

Really pushed hard this week. Had a couple cheat meals hangin with new friends this weekend so I didn't log food but down 2.4lbs this week from last.

Up .4 lbs this week. But was having a hard time in te bathroom. I have uped my fiber intake and hoping this helps!0
