My goals for tomorrow are mainly nsv goals:
Be positive about my student who I am tutoring one-to-one and who is really very difficult to teach.
Do the best job I can in scribing for my non-native English speaker student in the afternoon in her last Psychology exam.
Go to see the film 'The Lunchbox' at my film club in the evening.

My goals for tomorrow are to hack away at the couple of pounds I gained from eating a jar of Reese's spread in two days. Just say no to Reese's spread. It is evil.0

Great goals, LittleMy - As a former teacher, they make me feel nostalgic for the little victories teachers pursue with their students, the ones rarely recognized by others. I hope it all goes well for you and your students today.

I have my usual goals for today - eat within my calorie goals; drink 1 gallon of water; ride 1 hr on my exercise bike. With that I will include - eat much less sugar. I am going to keep a close eye on my macros.
Have a great day, everyone!0 -
I had a fun night yesterday with the hubby and I didn't indulged too much, even with the crazy good pizza we ate for dinner. And the fantastic Syrah we had with it. Today is a rest day, and I need to be careful with my food intake.
Goals for today
1) Stay under calorie goal and try to add 100 cals to my usual deficit (making up a little bit for yesterday)
2) Rest!! I exercised for seven days in a row, so I'm entitled to this rest day and I need to respect it if I want my muscles to grow stonger (and bigger :P ).
3) Watch my hydration again. I'm planning on doing a low sodium week next week to help with the water retention because it's a little crazy these days.
That's it.0 -
Yesterday's Goals:
1) Plan out my meals for the day (*)
2) Stay within my calories & not eat the pantry!!! - nope I attacked! But I tracked every bite!
3) Exercise (walk on my lunch break & going to try and get some crunches in) - rained so I only got 17 mins and no crunches.
4) Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water (*)
5) Make dinner for the family (*)
Today's Goals:
1) Plan out my meals for the day
2) Stay within my calories & not eat the pantry...Determined!
3) Exercise (walk on my lunch break & going to try and get some crunches in)
4) Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water
5) Make dinner for the family
Happy Wednesday!0 -

Thank you My one-to-one went well, but I am afraid this lady is very far behind where she would have been had she been properly educated as a child. She is taking the English exam that 16 year olds sit in the UK, and has failed it four times already. She is however making a tiny bit of progress, failing less badly each time and she has great determination to keep trying. My other student is a dream, but dyslexic and her English is a bit odd. I have to write down exactly what she says, though, which pains me at times.0
