Since there has been any activity in here. I am trying to get back on track with my eating, exercise and loosing the last week or two but i've been having such a hard time of it especially in the past. I really need some support and/or people who are also heavy to talk to and share my journey with (and i share theirs). I'm in Topeka KS area but even if you are not immediatly around there and just want to talk or chat about weight loss, goals, struggles etc then shoot me a message and maybe we can text or keep in contact or whatever.
