Fainted while lying down?

I was at a psychology appt yesterday doing relaxation techniques on the couch and I fainted! As in sweaty, loss of hearing and all over tingly sensation. I was laying down when it happened but my head was elevated on pillows. Has anyone else ever had that happen to them? Also experiencing shortness of breath and rapid pulse this pregnancy but that has been going on the whole time.
