Hi I've just rejoined after putting back on the weight I lost a couple of years ago with mfp. Looking for some Scot mfp mates for motivation and to support.

    Hi I'm living in Glasgow and have just joined a few days ago so I'm still getting the hang of it at the moment!!! But I know it's not rocket science for me just got to eat less and move more
