I have struggled my whole life to be more than just skinny, but do not get me wrong. I love my body. It is just more logical in my mind to have some weight on me while performing my duties as a firefighter/paramedic. I'm 6'1" with an ideal weight goal of 190 lbs. I started at a meager 135 lbs in October '14. Today, I am 146 lbs. I am not looking or trying to bulk quickly or using some other method other than just eating three square meals full of healthy fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts, cheeses, oils, etc. Snacking in between. Also, staying hydrated and exercising. If anyone has anything to share, feel free! I will post progress regardless.
