Welcome to our little Challenge Group. This group is designed for me to be able to support the people who have come to me to achieve a physical transformation goal. I've spent the last 4 years of my life helping people tranform their health. I've created this group with the hope that MyFitness Pal will offer me a platform to help maintain accountability of diet and exercise.
Of course, all of this fall flat without integrity. If you are a member of this group it means you want true change. Honesty in what you say you put in your mouth and how much you excercised is essential to your success. If you aren't willing to be honest, I can't help you and neither can anyone else.
I am a promoter of the Project 10 Challenge powered by Visalus Sciences. We are an organization that donates 90 days worth of meals to children in our LOCAL communities who are struggling with obesity and/or malnutrition. While members of this group do not have to be customers of mine it is my sincere hope that you would be open to helping the children in your community by taking a sincere look at what the Project 10 Challenge is all about.
