Anybody else running? I'll be there!!
I've done one Super before in Illinois, so would be interested in any tips on the Spring and/or the Arizona course. I saw it was recommended to bring a headlamp - is there a cave? Is it dusty? Illinois was MUDDY as heck, but I'm thinking this one will be different....

    I will be there Sunday. Expect a lot of TALL things to climb over. SoCal rolled out a lot of new obstacles and they seemed to have a heights theme.

    I think they always say to bring a headlamp. It's for the later heats in case they don't finish before dark.
