ello NYNYer's!
You're halfway through week 1 and you're already seeing changes in some way, clothes fitting differently, weight loss, feeling more sore than usual, feeling hungry, feeling more tired at night, or getting more of a good night's rest, right? This is all the focus of this week's topic "Getting Started."
All of these symptoms are completely normal and fine. Don't freak out! This is your body's way of responding to change. For most of you, this is big change, not a drastic one, but a change nonetheless. So roll with it. It'll even out soon.
Muscle soreness maybe one of your biggest woes right now. You're hurting all over and you feel injured. I can assure you that you're not injured. Soreness is part of your muscle healing process in order for them to get stronger. So again, roll with it! It'll go away.
I'm very proud of everyone so far especially the way everyone is just diving in head first and getting things done. OUTSTANDING!
