    Moving right along! I'm in week 9 of my 20 week half marathon training. My weight is bouncing around closer to the top of the 5 lb limit I set for my highest comfortable weight, but I'm trying not to stress about that.

    I'm doing well on this 5:2 diet....also on week 7 of c25k programme.Good start to the year !!!Hope everyone else is doing well!!!

    I tried hard with the 5.2 I just couldn't fast, lol.. I suck! Glad you're doing well xx

    Keeping fingers crossed....If I hold where I am today, I'll be posting a loss for two weeks in a row for the first time in nearly two years....

    :D Down 2 more pounds this week. I think I'm getting back into the swing. The girlfriend is amazing (1 year anniversary yesterday). She's doing great, too. We're meal planning and cooking and counting calories together. So far so good. It takes 30 days to form a habit. Halfway there.
