A goal for the whole week

I have a goal for this whole week, which is to eat a big portion of an extra different coloured vegetable every day, so:
Monday - green - broccoli and runner beans
Tuesday - orange - carrots
Wednesday - red - tomatoes
Thursday - orange - sweet potato
Friday - haven't decided yet!
